How do we know? All of the pieces from the Designed by Amber collection have been sourced for clients & projects through our studio exclusively and they never disappoint.
Our custom upholstered pieces come with a manufacturer's Lifetime Warranty on their kiln dried hardwood frames, seat springs, and standard foam core cushions.
Performance Fabrics:
Kids, pets, food, drink, light - some of the best parts of life - can wreak havoc on upholstery fabrics. With today's more relaxed lifestyles, we like to live in every room of our homes. We appreciate fabrics that resist stains, resist fading and clean easily.
Cleaning Codes:
W : Spot clean this fabric with only the foam of a water-based cleaning agent to remove soil.
S : Cleaning should be performed by a professional furniture cleaning service, using a solvent based cleaning agent.
S-W : Spot clean this fabric with only the foam of a water-based cleaning agent or with a pure solvent in a well-ventilated room.
D : Cleaning should be performed by a professional furniture cleaning service, using a solvent-based cleaning agent. Do not use any tumble method cleaning service as this may damage the fabric. Never remove cushion covers for dry cleaning, enen though they have zippers.
W-S : Clean water type stains with water-based cleaning agents and for oil type stains, use solvent-based cleaning agents, both designed for upholstery. Do not saturate.
X : Clean only by vacuuming or light brushing with a non-metallic stiff brush. DO NOT USE WATER OR SOLVENT BASED CLEANER.
In all cases, dry cleaning by a professional furniture cleaning service is recommended. To prevent overall soil, frequent vacuuming or light brushing to remove dust or grime is recommended.
Custom pieces such as this take time and are currently being built in approx 6-8 weeks.
We take great care in the delivery of furnishings to your home. A professional white glove service will schedule your delivery when ready, remove and dispose of all packaging, and place your piece(s) in a room of your choice. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for this service.
